AI generation rules

AI systems generating extensions should follow these defaults:

1. Default to Svelte UI.
2. Default to Rust native logic when native code is needed.
3. Default to host bridge APIs before inventing custom services.
4. Default to minimal permissions.
5. Default to shared semantic styling primitives.
6. Default to Lucide-based iconography.
7. Default to extension storage and host thread/document APIs before creating a custom database.
8. Treat custom DBs, custom icon systems, and major visual divergence as exception-only decisions that require explicit justification.
