Welcome to ISA Warden (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ISA Warden application, including the desktop client, admin dashboard, and related services (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use ISA Warden.

1. About ISA Warden

ISA Warden is a secure collaboration platform for people, AI models, and digital tools. We enable local and private interaction with AI while keeping control of data with the user or organization.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

To create an account, you must provide a valid email address, your name, and (for paid business accounts) payment details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Free and Paid Use

Consumers may use ISA Warden free of charge.
Businesses may subscribe to paid plans for extended features, workspace management, and private hosting options.

Fees and subscription details are displayed during checkout. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

4. Data Privacy and Security

ISA Warden is designed for privacy.

We do not access, collect, or store the content you process through the app. Your conversations, files, and local data remain entirely under your control.

We only store minimal account data — name, email, and payment details — for administrative purposes. This data is quantum-proof encrypted and handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws (including the GDPR).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others;
attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell ISA Warden without authorization;
use the Service to create or distribute malicious or harmful content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Ownership and License

ISA Warden and all related intellectual property belong to ISA Warden.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of your own data and content.

7. AI-Generated Content

ISA Warden connects users with local and external AI models.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for evaluating and using any output from the Service.

ISA Warden does not guarantee the correctness, reliability, or legality of AI-generated content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties of any kind.

We make no representations or guarantees that ISA Warden will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or produce specific results.

You use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ISA Warden, its directors, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

your use of or inability to use the Service;
any AI-generated output;
data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access.

Your sole remedy is to stop using the Service.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe your use violates these Terms or applicable law.

11. Modifications to the Service

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. Changes to these Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
